A humorous article about help in the garden, on this occasion by the hiring of Stonewall Jackson.

The article is (re?)printed in the collection 'My Garden's Good-night' (pp97-101) under the editorship of Theo A Stephens, and published by the magazine in 1939. It is probable that the article was first published in the magazine.
From internal evidence within the story I think that it is most likely that the article was written in 1939.
